What People's Say About Place

Best boba in town! Consistently good every time with lots of fun options. Their waffles are also very good.

If you’re craving a Boba fix, Tsaocaa is your go-to spot! With a lineup of 6 or more kiosks, it's a hotspot for fresh, high-quality boba that never disappoints. The constant churn of customers ensures every sip is as fresh as the last—because they whip up new batches of boba. The variety is impressive, and the drinks rarely tip into overly sweet territory, making it a student favorite for a quick, satisfying escape. Tsaocaa scores a solid 8/10 for atmosphere, food quality, and service flow, keeping things lively and efficient. While the value is slightly below average at 7/10, the overall experience makes it a must-visit. The energy here is infectious, and you'll see why locals can't get enough. I will be back!

Even if you're a certified tea snob, this place will not disappoint! There is a wide selection of teas available. The winter special hot pear and rose flavored was very good! Plus, they brewed it with loose leaf tea so the overall taste was well balanced. I will definitely come again! (Edit: I just noticed the fresh fruit at the bottom too! You definitely get what you paid for :)

Dig the boba and the place is cool. Touchscreen ordering is easy.

What a delightful bubble tea place! We tried 3 bubble teas during our experience today. First was the Brown Sugar Tea, which was pleasant, I would recommend 100% sweetness (SIDE NOTE: they let YOU CHOOSE how sweet you want it - 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%) because it’s brown sugar tea so the flavor is literally sugar, and it wasn’t as flavorful as some other places I’ve been (we chose 75% for it). The second was coconut pudding; the flavors were mediocre but the pudding was a weird addition that I would not recommend, and it wasn’t as cool and delicious as it sounded. We also chose 75% sweetness for this drink and mango poppers. The final drink was Taro Milk Tea , and my GOSH was it SPLENDID! I highly recommend it as it was such a lovely blend of flavors I haven’t experienced before and I would get it again any day. The workers helping us were friendly and considerate, explained everything and gave recommendations; overall, they were amazing. The atmosphere wasn’t cutesy which I liked for a change, and was relaxing and modern. The tea was 9/10, the experience was 10/10!, we’ll be back again!

My go to order is the Oreo smoothie with 0 sugar and light ice. . So yummy. Service is always quick and the interior is clean and cute. Plenty of seating.

If you love Boba, this is your place, my personal favorites are Taro and Honeydew Bubble Teas! They have some good desserts as well! Quick service and cute dine-in too!

An excellent tea joint that offers the best brown sugar milk tea I've had outside of Taiwan - it's a must try if you check this place out! They also offer some good quality brewed hot teas and the fruit teas look pretty good tea. Prices are on the higher end, but the quality reflects that fact. They've also just added Taiwanese style egg waffles, hot and crispy and chewy! Definitely a place to hit if you're in town
